What is the MOQ?
Normally it is 500pcs per style, it depends on the fabric MOQ and workmanship.
What is the procedure of product development?
Proto is the first sample for fabric quality, fitting and workmanship checking.
Fitting sample is the second sample for fitting and workmanship improvement.
Then we send the costing of each style after fabric, workmanship, order quantity of each style are confirmed.
We will proceed with pre-production samples after price is settled down and bulk order place.
After PPS are checked and approvel, we will proceed with the bulk production.
How much is the sample fee?
For our old clients, the sample are free.
For new clients, we require sample fee around 30-50USD/PC, it will be refund after bulk order placed later.
How about shipping cost of sample parcels?
The parcel of samples are sent by collect or prepaid, usually it takes around 30-40USD for small parcel weighted 1-2KG sent to America or Eurpean Countries
What is the lead time for sample and bulk production?
For sample, the lead time usually is 7-15days.
For bulk production, the lead time usually is 75-90days
What is the payment term?
We usually offer price in term of FOBxiamen, and require TT 30%deposit, the balance against the BL copy after sea shipment.
How about the inspection of bulk production?
We accept 3rd party inspection arranged by clients and we will send TOP samples for clients’ checking before the booking of shipment.
Prior to bulk production, our QA will have meeting with factories after PPS checked and approved. and we will conduct in-process inspections during the production.
